Who is responsible for your information

S Sekulits LLC, an insurance agency licensed by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner of Puerto Rico (license no. 3002916108), with offices at 140 Marginal Avenida Franklin D. Roosevelt, Suite 203, San Juan, PR 00917. On anything to do with your information you can write to hola@sekulits.com or call 787-535-6882.

What information I collect

What you give me. Name, phone number, email address and the town you live in, when you complete a form or write on WhatsApp. If you use the calculator and choose to send me the result, I also receive the values you entered: approximate income, debts, number of dependent children and coverage you already hold.

What your visit generates. The usual technical browsing data: device type, browser, pages visited and where you arrived from. It's collected in aggregate, to understand which content is useful.

What I don't collect. I neither ask for nor store diagnoses, medical records, social security numbers or detailed financial information through this site. When that information is needed, the insurance company requests it directly in its own application process.

What I use it for

To get in touch with you and answer your question, to prepare the analysis of your case before the appointment, and to follow up with you if you authorize me to. Nothing else.

The calculator does its arithmetic in your browser. Unless you submit the form, those numbers never leave your device and never reach any server.

Who I share it with

With insurance companies, only when you decide to submit an application, and only with the company that application goes to. Never before that, and never so they can contact you on their own account.

With technology providers that keep the operation running: the contact management system and the messaging platform, which process data on my behalf and under instruction.

I do not sell your information and I do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. I don't work with data brokers or lead aggregators.

Consent to contact you

By submitting a form or writing to me on WhatsApp you agree that I may contact you by phone, text message or WhatsApp to deal with your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent whenever you want, by replying STOP on the same channel or writing to hola@sekulits.com. Withdrawing it does not affect any policy you already hold.

Cookies and pixels

The site may use first- and third-party cookies to measure traffic and to measure how advertising performs on platforms such as Meta. You can block them in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long I keep the information

For anyone who doesn't go on to buy, for as long as the enquiry is active and up to a maximum of two years. For clients, for the length of the relationship and afterwards for whatever period the regulations covering insurance records require.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, or to delete it. Write to hola@sekulits.com and I'll respond within 30 days. Deletion may be limited by the records insurance regulations require to be kept.

Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect information about minors. If a minor is named as a beneficiary on a policy, that information is handled within the insurance company's process, not through this site.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top. Substantive changes will be announced on the site.
